Jessica Harrison BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, MCSP, HCPC, POGP, began her career in 2007 after completing her midwifery training and working across both the NHS and private sector. Alongside her professional work, her love of fitness—and her drive to take part in road cycling and running events around the world—sparked a deep passion for women’s health and wellbeing.
Inspired to expand her impact, Jessica transitioned from midwifery into physiotherapy, graduating from the University of the West of England with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (becoming something of a health-profession unicorn along the way). She is now an affiliated member of the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) organisation and is committed to providing women with the research-based, honest postnatal care they deserve—helping them return safely to exercise, sport, and daily life.
Jessica has undertaken extensive additional training, including Clinical Acupuncture and Dry Needling, Scar Therapy, Specialist Physical Breastfeeding Support (including Therapeutic Breast Ultrasound), Caesarean Section Scar Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Pelvic Floor Assessment, Pelvic Floor Ultrasound Imaging, Clinical Pilates, Mummy MOT®, Menopause Movement Training, and a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy. This breadth of expertise allows her to offer a truly comprehensive and holistic approach to rehabilitation.
In addition to her women’s health work, Jessica is experienced in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions caused by injury, disease, illness, or disability—using evidence-based exercise, manual therapy, education, and individualised treatment plans to help clients regain function and confidence.
